Sitting groups and Retreat Days and

Mindfulness Cornwall are offering a number of possibilities to come together online and in-person please find details below.

Over the years we have been offering a number of Retreat days a year, some of which are held in Silence.  As the retreat days are based on the practices offered in the Mindfulness based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy courses, they are currently available to those who have completed an 8 week course.

Online 30m Sitting groups 
Mondays at 10.00am to 10.30am and Thursday at midday to 12,30pm

Monday evening 7.00pm to 7.30pm twice monthly.
