Mindfulness Cornwall offers a number of Retreat days a year, some of which are held in Silence. As the retreat days are based on the practices offered in the Mindfulness based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy courses, they are currently only available to those who have completed an 8 week course. We do apologize if this causes any disappointment.
