Mindfulness Cornwall offers a number of Retreat days a year, some of which are held in Silence. As the retreat days are based on the practices offered in the Mindfulness based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy courses, they are currently only available to those who have completed an 8 week course. We do apologise if this causes any disappointment.
Retreat Days for 2020
We are holding off our retreat days for the time being but hope that we will be able to come together for a day of practice early in 2021.
All the local Sitting groups offer practices from the Mindfulness based Stress Reduction and Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy courses and subsequently are currently only available to those who have completed an 8 week course. We do apologize if this causes any disappointment.
For further information about any of the sitting groups please email firstname.lastname@example.org
